Starlit Homes is a building-science-driven home builder founded in 2018. Two principals run every project: Omar Fayoumi (planning, design, and building science) and Meho Burzic (construction, 25+ years of experience). The company has completed 24+ projects totalling more than 68,000 sq ft.

- **Ausable Bluffs Enclave** — a new-home community in Ailsa Craig, Ontario (about 30 minutes northwest of London), with 12 floor plans: 4 bungalows (Vega 1,420 sq ft, Leo 1,552, Lynx 1,572, Aries 1,646) and 8 two-storeys (Pisces 1,580, Gemini 1,720, Pavo 1,796, Virgo 1,950, Lyra 1,980, Orion 2,142, Luna 2,274, Draco 2,400). Lots on Sheldabren Street and Queen Street.
- **Custom homes** — design-build on your lot across the London region.
- **Zenith Bespoke** — ultra-luxury Net Zero estates from $1.5M CAD.
- **Renovations** — heritage and deep-energy retrofits with verified before/after airtightness.
- **ADUs / garden suites** — three plans: Studio (450 sq ft), Suite (650 sq ft), Garden Home (900 sq ft).
