We design and build custom homes on your lot, luxury estates, garden suites, and deep-energy renovations across London and Southwestern Ontario, plus new homes in our Ausable Bluffs community in Ailsa Craig.
Every home we build is blower-door tested before handover. We guarantee 1.5 ACH50 or better on every home; our portfolio average is 0.85. Two principals run every project, and the same team carries it from first sketch to the final test.

How a Starlit home gets built.
A draft, a cold corner, a room that never settles — those are construction flaws you'd otherwise discover in January. So before handover, we seal a fan into the front door and measure how precisely the house was built. The result is checked against the standard we publish, and you keep the report.
