Starlit Homes was founded on the belief that Ontario homeowners deserve more than code-minimum construction. We set out to build homes that genuinely perform better — for comfort, efficiency, and longevity.

Omar Fayoumi
Principal — Planning, Design & Building Science
18 years in residential construction and 24+ Starlit builds since 2018. Omar leads planning, design, scheduling, and client service, and his building science background is the reason every Starlit home goes beyond code.
Meho Burzic
Principal — Construction & Execution
25+ years of construction experience. Meho takes plans from concept to execution, and takes pride in delivering high-quality buildings on time and on budget.
Accountability
Why We Publish Our Numbers
Most builders describe performance with adjectives. We use test results: every home we build is guaranteed to hit 1.5 ACH50 or better on its blower-door test, and our portfolio average is 0.85. Publishing those numbers keeps us accountable, and the Tarion warranty and CHBA Net Zero certification behind every build mean independent third parties check the work too. We're happy to walk you through the test report from any completed project during a consultation.
